1. What are the requirements to apply in United States to work as a foreign medical professional in L3 Agency?

2. My application was completed and submitted. How long is my application to be process?
Upon completing and receiving all documents, we will process your application immediately. We will inform you including the necessary requirements and information in Immigration Sponsorship. Though, Immigration approval will depend in landbase US Embassy but we will update you regularly.

3. How can I be sponsor by L3 Agency?
We sponsor healthcare professionals as an immigrant Visa; however, if you have any other visa issues you can contact us

4. Is CGFNS Certificate is necessary to work legally in US?
Based on US Immigration Law, they require foreign healthcare professional to pass the CGFNS exam to work legally. However, in some states they do not require CGFNS as long as you meet that State's requirements.

5. If employed by L3 Agency which location in the US I will be placed?
At this time, we will place medical professionals in medical facilities where L3 Agency has contracts with.

6. Where can I take my NCLEX exam?                                                                                                                             
You can take your exam in different locations wherein they offer the test examination. Visit Pearson Vue at www.pearsonvue.com for more information.  

7. What are the language proficiency requirements?
The language proficiency exam is Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) International English Language Test System (IELTS).The examination includes listening, comprehension, structure and written expression, and reading comprehension. Certain applicants may be exempt from the English language proficiency for the following criteria such as if your native language is English. Countries like Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom and etc.
